Shipping policy
At Trinka's, every order is prepared with care so you can start creating as soon as possible. Here is what to expect.
Order processing
Orders ship within 24-48 hours from the US. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, such as the holiday season, processing may take a little longer, and you will receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive in about 6 business days, depending on your location. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Digital gifts
The Sparkle Christmas Coloring eBook and the Glitter Color Matching Guide are digital downloads. They are sent by email after your order, so there is nothing to ship.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear online.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order over $49.99. For any other order, shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Every order is fully tracked.
Customs and import fees
For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes or other fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for a while, your order is marked as delivered but has not reached you, or your package seems stuck, contact us at support@trinkas.com and we will make it right, including arranging a replacement where appropriate.
